Alloy Lower Control Arms: Mk2 Octavia Mk5/6 Golf A3 Superb Passat

    Suspension for Sale.
Taking the car back to stock prior to trade-in

Will fit Yeti, Tiguan, Octavia, Passat, Golf, Superb, A3, etc. The chassis are all the same

Alloy Lower Control Arms - Audi S3 with S3 console bushes.
    Now $360
Fit mk2 Octavia, MK5/6 Golf, Passat, Superb, A3, etc
These are lighter than the steel factory units and give better suspension control and less axle tramp due to less unsprung weight.
The S3 bushes sharpens up the steering response and removes the spongy steering feel on long sweeping corners.

Very easy to fit, especially on manual gearbox cars

Haven't got one yet. Considering an Octavia Scout or Passat Alltrack but who knows. I'm moving in with the GF for 4 months while the builders are at my place and we are going to see if we can survive on 1 car for a while (I can't get a parking permit for her place) and then get something with some light offroad abilities. We tend to go to some remote places now we can't travel O/S.

Are you sure they are 50mm? I just checked the Catalog and it seems they should fit my wife's 2011 Jetta (MK6) diesel however i think it would have 55mm struts.

Yes, you are right. I was thinking the sizes were 45mm and 50mm, not 50 & 55mm.

    Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, I have 55mm and they will fit the Jetta

    Good luck with the builders!

After over 83,000km of highways, dirt roads (some pretty hairy spots too), snow and crawling through city traffic, it's an immediate vote for the Scout from me. I just don't know what I'd replace it with at this point if I had to replace it today. Hoping Skoda Aus brings in the new Scout...

I'm interested in the struts and the lower control arms. Its for my wife's Jetta so the springs aren't of interest. Are you able to post a picture of the LCA's? Also it appears that you are in Sydney. Are you prepared to ship the parts?
