Hmmm just flashed the file, did a factory reset. System lag still remain (was trying to manually tune the radio) with the addition of the radio not wanting to turn off, or change its input....

Ill do another factory reset, then pull the radio fuse then reflash to see if that fixes the issue

Sandy can you confirm if the screen should be capacitive or resistive? This is the only hardware query I have.

Apparently this was advertised as capacitive?

It was at the start, now I don't see that posted anyplace unless I'm blind. That's a real let down, and explains the screen selection issues I've had.

Let's see Sandys response because false advertising is a no no.

If the unit has changed its specs it should be communicated to everyone & not have ppl guessing.

Yeah, as if I would of known, it would have likely made me stick to my ans unit. As my screen definitely isn't a capacitive, as I can use a plastic stylist to select my options lol, and have my notions automatically slected for me when I'm browsing as the center of the screen seems to like to do its own thing. Also didn't help that there's a resistive screen calibration at the flash reboot....

Interestingly no-one has made a fuss about this.

I'm in same mindset as you. Current RNS is resistive, capacitive screen was very tempting but if this is not the case, I won be dropping $700 for just software upgrade.

I'll wait for the next generation.

First bug of new fflash, well actually iits an old one, SD playback, crash with this error & system freeze. Monsun.exe

Bluetooth playback still poor, sysfem sometimes flips from input to radio then back.... still static in the background of SD playback.

So when I put the SD cars in and turn the unit on I should get colourful writing while it updates. Mine doesn't do this. Then it loads the second update part. Am I doing something wrong?
