I've had the ANS for over a year and it still can't shuffle from the touchscreen, still insists on auto playing the first alphabetical track every time you start the unit and still can't show the correct playing track if you put the iPhone itself into shuffle.
And as for promises/speculation that Audiosources will fix the bugs.....
I am aware that the two issues for iPod is that there is no shuffle and it does not remember the last playing song after shutdown. I've also suggested that people use USB / SD to play music from their car for this reason.
For the DNS, the fix is going to come when they implement the full music library function that will work across USB / SD and iPod, and all devices will be able to browse songs by song name / artist / album and shuffle correctly across choices. For now, the DNS USB / SD interface can shuffle the current folder or across folders and is a solid media player in itself.

1) Will it start playing from the track you left the last time you used it?
2) Will it go to the next folder automatically after playing the last song on a folder?
This is how my RCD510 behaves, if it is just like it, it's more than enough for me.
Thanks!
It will do both, but as I mentioned right now it remembers the song that was last played in USB / SD but not the position.

It has been confirmed that there will be no more hardware changes. I will finalise who is in for the early batch today, but we do definitely have more than 10.
