New never used. The nut / piston / spring were removed and then put back in, as i was planning use this with uprated fuel pump internals upgrade but during the process my biggest wrench (22mm) was not big enough to remove the electrical connector brass bit on the factory HPFP... and Bunnings was closed

So I fitted the internals upgrade into the factory fitted HPFP

Made in Germany by Huco (or Hueco / Hitachi) which is also the manufacturer for Hitachi branded factory HPFP. Part # 06F127025K.
