    yea, and by the time they're wrapped in tyres, you'd be close to having spent 3k!

    Alot of people don't quite realise, but completely rebuilding a set of wheels like this, is a very expensive exercise!
    (I'm talking painted centres, barrels, new centres caps, new bolts etc, as well as 4 new lips)

    Would love to buy these but they are a bit aggressive for a mk1.

    There would be well over $2000 spent AFTER purchasing the wheels.
    plus finding a suitable set of wheels for building big specs like that isnt just as easy as finding the first set of 4x100 BBS from Japan.

    Yeah I understand.

    Gorgeous set of wheels. Look mental on any car.

    It's hard to justify spending more on wheels without tyres than I spent buying my car.

    They are aggressive, but would probably work quite well on a mk 1

    Yep, rebuilding/building these kind or any kind of wheel costs heaps
    people don't realise until they actually do it for the first time and properly though
    they would rather cheap out of fakies
