Generic 1.8T / B5 Passat Parts

Various bits that probably fit and used on a lot of VAG model range. Part numbers supplied where possible:


1.8T AEB/AJL/APU/AGU Elring Throttle Body gasket.
VR6 DBC Throttle body with 034 adapter plate (for use on 1.8T manifolds)
Longitudinal Crankcase block breather hose (genuine although used briefly)
B5 S4 airbag
VW Phaeton CC Brake ducts/disc shields/fasteners complete kit also suit most B5-8 Audis/VWs based on similar chassis or knuckle.

8D0399151R x2 transmission mount pair (not genuine, aftermarket OEM)
Partial trans mount kit: (ref: ECS ):

• 431399291C x2 trans top stops
• N90315202 x2, N01152527 x4 Washers (x2 for the mount bolts, x4 for the subframe bolts)
• N0104701 x2 bolts M10x70
• N02300411 x2 M10 locknuts.

Other Misc fasteners/washers, aftermarket stuff:
N10063205 x2 M10x25 shouldered hex nut
N10027105 x1 M10x35 Allen head bolt - think it's for the 1.8T manual LHS trans bolt.
Aftermarket (NLS) 1.8T/058 block crankcase plate with 3/4" NPT thread. Aeroflow 3/4" NPT 90deg barb fitting. No o-rings/gaskets.

1.8T AEB/AJL/AGU etc injector o-rings (genuine)
1.8T big port Victor Reinz Intake Manifold gasket & Throttle Body gasket
Evolution Thor skidplate/sump guard (used, you need nutserts, maybe some hardware).
