FS: Mark 1 Golf GTI leather Sports Seats

Hi All,

For sale is a set of period black leather reclining sports seats. These have the VW-Audi stamping on the bases and are Mark 1 GTI Leather Sports Seats (I believe Recaro).

These were lasted fitted to a Porsche 912 and have custom frames/sliders that bolted straight into the car. They could be re-modified back to fit back into a Golf or any other VW (maybe the frames are still Golf and the slider mounting it to the floor of a 911/912 can be discarded)? I have been saving them for a project but can't see that eventuating..

They have no rips/tears and have a lovely patina. They could go in as is or use some leather rejuvenator to freshen up.

A great alternative to standard Golf seats to add individuality, comfort and increased safety with a headrest (vs. a low back seat!) whilst maintaining a cool period feel. Maybe the last piece required for your Golf GTI restoration??
