No harness included, will include security code for the unit.

hey mate, excuse my ignorance with these units but does this have bluetooth hands free capability and music from iphone etc?

it's something my niece is chasing for her 2010 polo tdi and i'm trying to help her out as she's a bit hard up at the moment...

if it does and requires coding, thats no issue as i have vcds and i'm used to coding for audi's so hopefully should be similar...

Bluetooth unit is separate and about the same price

Bluetooth unit for this one is called a 9w7, you'll need to buy the unit and if it's a polo which didn't originally have bluetooth, the harness also.
