    I had it on an Octavia RS mk3 and it caused some vibrations in the car that I didn't quite like, since it was my daily ride. Mostly in the <1200rpm region, which wasn't overly annoying. Mind you I also had the upper and lower insert installed at the same time. The APR one is the lower insert, the upper insert is from 034 Motorsport (already sold). On a Golf mk7, TT or S3/RS3, your experience in terms of vibration might be different, so don't take my word for it.

    One this for sure is that this does reduce wheel hop and it does make gear changes a bit more direct on the DSG. Also required if you are fitting an aftermarket dogbone.
