I've decided to go down a different route hence the sale.


Kit will fit all transverse 1.8t - Audi S3/A3 8L, VW Golf mk4 GTI, Polo 9n3


In short the kit includes:

- GTX2871r dual ceramic ball bearing turbo with metal cages (mamba compressor cover)

- Bar-Tek 1.8t T25 transverse semi-equal top mount manifold

- Mamba Adjustable wastegate actuator with full range of springs

- Downpipe adaptor (w/ lambda boss) made to clear the brake booster


IN DETAIL


- GTX2871r. 11 blade full height billet wheel. 3" inlet anti-surge compressor housing.
Stronger internals that won't be prone to melting like standard Garrett internals. Unused unit and freshly balanced by RaceEquipped. Also comes with oil outlet, gasket and bolts, new 5 bolts and copper nuts for downpipe, new 5 bolt DP gasket, new ported T2 flange gasket. Flange bolt holes drilled out to M10. The hotside has been ported out to almost T3 spec on the turbine housing, gasket and manifold. Wastegate hole ported out too.

- Bar-Tek Manifold. 1.8T upgrade top mount Turbo exhaust manifold T25 - Your motortuning specialist - BAR-TEK(R) Motorsport
New and unused. Studs have been drilled out to M10 (they come as M8 stock) for better clamping force to reduce backing out of nuts. (nuts and M10 studs not included). These are known to make good power and much less restrictive than the stock manifold. Ported out to almost T3 size.


- Mamba adjustable wastegate actuator with 6 different strength springs.
New and unused. Length between bracket back to central arm: 98mm~108mm. Stage II VITON Piston. Spring pressures - 5, 8, 12, 18, 22, 24 psi. Makes fitment easy due to being able to slide it along it's mounting bracket.


- Downpipe adaptor.
3" downpipe starter with oxygen sensor bung. This is the only used part. I was going to use this as a template to get the rest of the downpipe made but am going V-band. This setup ensures clearance of the brake booster for RHD using the center mount manifold.

Happy to ship at buyer's cost. I did this not too long ago with similar kit and it came to about $50-60 on top. Will pack with heaps of bubble wrap and packing peanuts.
