Mate of mine put money down on a Kodiaq in September. Was expecting delivery Nov/Dec, and now has been told it could be March/April. Anybody else having huge delays with their Australian deliveries?

Supply issues at the factories, affecting a number of models.
They r mainly in relation to petrol engines and dsg gearboxes.
Production of particular models have halted/paused until the supply stock is replenished.
Sadly there is no known timeframe for this.

Not true, mine was built the 1st week of Jan, they don't shut down like we do here, their break is mid year. If its on a boat its on a boat. There are supply issues across the Fabias and the Kodiaqs at the moment as well as the Karoqs. The Superb seems the only one not affected. In essence Skoda need to build more factories.
