    Towing Eye Fitting

    I see in the user manual that there is provision to fit a towing eye to the front or rear of the car. Does anyone know if this is a universal style device or a special VW accessory? No I don't intend to breakdown, I have another use for it altogether.

    Ignore me, I have just found the towing eye in the spare wheel compartment so I am off to drag some firewood out of the bush.
