Hi,

Had my 2021 Tiguan R Line now for 2 years with no issues with the wiper blades/arms. So, some loser decided to play a prank the other day and put my wiper arms up. When I returned to the car to see them in the up position, I immediately remembered this could not be possible as they hit the bonnet and need to put in service mode and wondered how they did it???, they were not broken or bent and no paint scratch on the bonnet.
I carefully lowered them down and they were back on the windscreen, I turned the ignition on, and wipers and they went back to their normal position. Doesn’t appear to be any damage. Long story short, rang the dealer/tech and they said they should be fine as no noise or skipping after testing. Was wondering, has anyone had a similar issue, and if so, how are the wiper arms after being tampered with in this manner?
