Got it from Kufatec but the price has doubled since I got mine
Side Assist incl. Rear Traffic Alert for VW Tiguan BW2, BJ2
Its a kit and came with unpainted covers but I bought R satin silver ones. Best bet would be maybe finding used locally from wrecker? Need to fit 2 radars so rear bumper off and feed the loom to front. Also wiring through front doors.

Late reply but I will give you my update on this
Hey guys. I just picked up a brand new Rline 162kw Tiguan Allspace for my wife for only $49000 without sunroof and HK sound system. But what a cracker deal. Leather, cooling and heating seats. Just missing the blind spot and rear cross traffic. But i did some deep diving and spoke to the GM of this company as he highly recommended this item, which he claims has been tested and is even more responsive and accurate than the original, as the new models run 79hz frequency compared to 24hz. You can read this on Texus Instruments website about the advantages. Easy to install and not expensive.
Blind Spot Detection System Radar (BSD)by Parksafe | Burg Design
Also, you dont need to remove your rear bar to install. Yes there are $100 ones out there, but dont do it. They work on a old frequency and as humans, when we begin to rely on technology and it fails, we could hurt someone in the process. The one I got (and I paid $299 on ebay from the same company) is good as parksafe has been around for a long time.
I now just need to figure out how to add puddle lights on the side mirrors and auto open / close touch entry as the front handles. Such as cheap thing and they leave it out.
I also purchased the $20 cable to deactivate the stop start function and I can confirm it works as I have it on my 2023 Arteon and TROC.
Hope this helps.
