What rear muffler did you install? I installed a DEA performance one and it was rubbish, removed it after 2 days.

Powerflow side entry, 3 inch inlet, 2 1/2 inch outlets.

Do folks just find a Golf R being wrecked to purchase the exhaust?

And is a mk7 R needed specifically to fit the Tiguan?

Yes Mk7 R as Mk6 R has twin exit in the centre.

There’s lots of stock Mk7 R exhausts floating around as many people change to aftermarket exhaust.

You can also maybe pick one up at a wrecker.

ahh good to know, assuming the market place in this forum is a good place to start?

As long as its a Mk7 golf right - and can be any make year (i.e. no subtle changes between Mk7s)?
