Looking good, so how are you getting to work while the calipers get some love?

These are my new (to me) Golf Mk7 R calipers. I bought these off a car being parted out and have painted these to match the fronts. I'm still running the stock rear calipers on my car at the moment.

When I change the rears I'm getting a set of DBA T3 rotors and Forza FP2 pads fitted up. The Golf R setup runs a (slightly) larger 310mm ventilated disc vs. the stock Tiguan rear which is 300mm solid disc. I was looking at getting a relocation bracket and running a 350mm rear rotor, however the 350mm rotors were quite a bit more and couldn't really justify the extra for what is essentially a cosmetic upgrade.

Removed the old foam filter and installed the new cotton filter:

New air filter is a winner and better shape for the airbox too. Painted calipers look good - I take it you used the Foliatec paint for those?

Yes the new R600 air filter is a decent upgrade from the foam unit that came with the intake originally.

For the brakes yes painted with the Foliatec caliper paint and it's just as good second time around.

Mk7 R rear brake upgrade is complete!

For reference this is a direct bolt on upgrade. Swapped over calipers and kept stock lines as they were in better condition.
