    Tig wolfsburgh tint levels

Does anyone know the level of tint the wolfsburgh has on the back windows? I organised fronts tinted with the dealer and want to ensure it is done to the same spec/level.

    Hello,

Just had my front windows tinted today and the shop used 25%. It seems to match perfectly. However I’m in New Jersey USA. Not sure if it’s different in Australia.

Depending on your states legal tint limit will determine how dark you can go.

In Qld the darkest is 20% in rear windows with 35% the darkest up front. (I think this might be the same in other states but not sure)

Most tint shops can tint to 20% all around however it can impact insurance etc as it's an illegal modification.

Chances of this happening may be low but I've tinted mine at 35/20 and looks fine

I just has my Wolf fronts done using the Tint-A-Car Spectra (ceramic) film to stay legal. It matches well colour wise but isn't as dark. Any darker and you could have legal issues as above. From sharp angles it looks the same but straight on and looking through the to the other side it is definitely lighter. Still looks much better than stock. Also understand that use of metallic based films could impact comms such as bluetooth. Hope this helps.

Oryx White Wolf with fronts in Tint A Car Spectre ceramic - legal. Apparently a premium product. Cost just over $200 inc the front micro quarters. DDone in 1 he. Hope this helps. Last pic is before.

Appreciate the photos looks awesome. Organised it as an extra through the dealer to tint so hopefully is not too bad.
