    Measure the tyre roll out against the quoted tyre circumference, I would be interested to see how close it is. For speed correction on race cars we never worried about the circumference only the measured roll out length which will change with speed.

    Just done it and as far as I can see its 2293 as close as I can get it and done on a cold tyre removed from the car.

    It is what on a loaded tyre? unloaded tyres don't have the same shape.

    These days we correct it to the GPS speed.

    A bit off topic but what do you mean, you use a physical speed sensor corrected to read the same as GPS?

    So have just been for a run down the motorway and here is the result Changed as above from 1 to 3 and at 100kph the OBDII says I am doing 100kph where as on the 1 setting I was doing 104 on the speedo when OBD II said i was doing 100.

    My car is an Rline with 20in wheels with 255/40/20 Pirelli tyres
