I called my dealer service department and they say I don't have any outstanding recalls on my VIN...?
Can I refer them to a service bulletin or some such? The service receptionist was adamant there was nothing to be done
Do you have an option to bring it to another VW service?

Car was in for first service and i requested they apply the Pano light fix (60C9)
picked up car and have been advised that there are two fixes for the lighting issue:
60C9 - requires hardware
60D9 - software only fix
Apparently my car was eligible for 60D9 however this fix has now been pulled back by VW Australia as there are reports this software fix causes issues with operation of the sunroof.
grrrr still no roof lighting for me (MY19.5 purchased Nov 2018 )
has anyone had service recall 60D9 applied and had issues with the operation of the pano roof?
