I ticked all the boxes except roof on the 162TSI. Getting Platinum Grey, I actually think the standard Tiguan colour choices are better than the Allspace (grey and silver particularly), but it it was it is.
You might miss the torque and power but you'll love all the 'luxury' features you get with the Tiguan and the good fuel economy (compared to an SS V Redline).

Yes I must admit, the luxury features will be nice. Memory seats, tilting mirror (both I had on a previous CalaisV) are both nice. Looking forward to the ACC and driver modes.
My fuel consumption is not too bad actually, over 59,582km, I have averaged 12.73 L/100k at an average speed of 58km/h. (I track everything in a spreadsheet).
I am hoping though to get the Allspace consumption to around 8-9 L/100k, based on the same driving (I do a fair bit of country driving).
