Hi,
I suggest reading the manual, but from memory i think it is tyre pressure? Either your tyres are too high or too low.
Having read the manual, can’t seem to find what an orange exclamation mark warning sign on the top of the Digital display (on DAP instrumental) means?
I’ve logged 189kms on my Tiguan Adventure and it suddenly appeared today whilst driving to the beach (going 80kms no cruise on).
It stayed on for around 3 minutes then went off.
Anyone know what this could mean?

I can't be sure, but when something like that does show up if you scroll the central displays to the car info screen it should tell you if there are any entries/issues eg tyre pressure too low.

Somewhere in the media pro faults are logged for reading. I forget how I stumbled on it but it is there somewhere.
I am not surprised you couldn't find it, I stumbled on it by accident and it showed that the car was overdue for service and that a low tyre pressure alert had occurred. My apologies for not being able to remember how I got there as it was some time ago and I had forgotten all about it. Perhaps it is something that is only accessible after a fault code and then disappears, if a fault is not recorded then the facility to read it is not present. I am just guessing and surmising so I could be totally wrong.
I think it is the traction control warning light.
When I press the traction control button in the centre console to turn off traction control, I get an amber exclamation mark on the top of my dash.
It turns off when I hit the button again.
Not sure why yours came on.
