My18.5 Tiggy Rline - Steering wheel volume down button not working

    Hey crew,

my volume down button on steering wheel has become 'squishy' not distinctive click like all others, this morning it stopped working (everything else fine, no strange lights on dash)

Anyone else had this? Suggested fix? My18.5 rline out of warranty (only 52k k's). Bit hard to believe its wear and tear 🤔

is there a way of popping off the left side buttons, so I can hit it with contact cleaner or similar? Or maybe just spray contact cleaner into buttons and press?

    Maybe replacement part number?

Any help I guess please, thanks 🙏

You should be able to replace the buttons. Part number for the following image was listed as: 2G0959442L

I think I saw the volume/forward-back buttons for sale on their own too (as a pair)

Not sure what I'd do personally... but in that situation I'd probably use it as an excuse to buy a carbon fiber or R model wheel.

If money was tight, I'd probably just buy the volume buttons on their own, or maybe even look at 2nd hand options
