Luckily the only manual is in the base model
I did speak to one of the dealers recently and they were saying there was going to be a "price premium" on the new Tiguan. So reading into this there's going to be a few thousand more than current model.
I'll be seriously considering the R-Line 140TDI for the wife when pricing is announced, thou I suspect it will be up against the Audi Q3 and BMW X1 when heading into that premium price bracket. It possibly will have to be white too on the R-line. I've shown the wife the pictures and she wants a test drive ASAP, oh dear this is going to cost.
Does anyone know what rubber those 20" mags will have ? Looking at the pics, it looks like they're pretty thick so will hopefully add a bit of comfort to the ride.
Also, there didn't seem to be any mention of the Offroad/All Track version in the Australian press release, it seems to have a higher ground clearance and steeper approach/exit angles on the bumpers. I though this might be a very popular spec ? But I guess VWA always tend to hold off on their 'All Track' versions as a second marketing ploy 6 months later.
