Would be good if you can get both the upgrades but if you have to choose only one then I think drivers assist should be the way to go as you wouldn't want to miss reviewing the active info display and 360 cameras. IMO anyways

I would be getting both with the R line anyways but I'm interested to see how they do the compartments with the sunroof. Might take a look before I test drive. I'm leaning towards DAP

Knew a bloke in 1966 who bolted 5 chrome exhaust tips under the bumper of his Rambler Classic.. He surely had one up on the cowboys with twin exhausts! Wondered why the boys weren't terribly impressed. Fake outlets on the Tiggy are nearly as bad.
Indeed it is... I for one have enjoyed having the car for most of the night. Took her out for a drive to get some dinner and I must say I was impressed. It almost feels just like a Golf on stilts. The 132Kw is noticeable and it isn't sluggish for the most part. Sports mode is where you can feel the torque and it's pretty well balanced throughout the rev range. The 162Kw would be a great +30 Kilowatts IMO. In all honestly though you'd have to get the R line as the car does look a tad dull and boring in person and it is definitely not a head turner. As for features and DAP well I think I'm going to need more then a few hours to work it all out. There is so much stuff on this car that it makes me think will I ever use it?
I tried the parking assist and only got it to work once. Couldn't even tell if the adaptive cruise control was on or not and driving sensors are something totally new to me and just gave me a head ache. In time I guess I'll get used to it.
As for sunroof, this is a must but the down fall is and I've mentioned this before, you don't get the up top compartments anywhere else and that's a real bummer. There's seems to be plenty of room it's just not considered.
As it was night time when I got the car. I didn't take any photos. I might take some interior shots tomorrow. All and all it's a pretty good SUV and I would definitely take another look at the R Line next year. I'd hang out for that model.
Anyone know if the new R Line has the same steering wheel as the Golf R or is it one of those ugly R Line types, and whats progressive steering...?
This is the one we get over here, assume you get the same......
