The Subaru XV owners would agree with you but I just don't see it being a sellable colour for a more "luxury" alternative.

Having said that, there are tonnes of those gross orange/bronze commondores so you never know.

Yes the orange is a bit of a "signature" colour. They have done this colour on the Passat Alltrack and Beetle also. It works well at car shows

And yes I think all the non-greyscale colours will date. It's the kind of thing that will be only be available for a short time so if you do like the colour you'll have to purchase it while it's available.

The Caribbean blue is a bit of a funny colour too. It may look OK in the flesh - brochure colours are really hard to pick.

Has anyone seen a similar picture to below for the new model?

I'm downsizing a touch from a VF Calais Sportwagon and I'm hoping the new Tiguan will be big enough.

    Great thanks!

    Compared to my VF Calais
1mm more shoulder room in front
    7mm less in rear

Knee room, not sure, will be less but more than enough judged by some clips on youtube.

I can vouch that 4 guys, all 188cm and 140kgs plus all fit fine in the Tiguan!

I wonder how long Australia will wait for the new gen infotainment system to be available on the Tiguan. Next years model maybe? Apparently available early summer 2016 (now) in Europe.

Small changes from our R Line which all appear to be useful/well though out and cosmetically pleasing,
20" wheels will make the rotors look like little saucers and maybe 19s are a better option; that said it amazes me how much some folk will pay just to have bigger wheels and often the inferior ride that results.
    Good Job VW.

I just showed my Mrs the new Tiguan. We could end up with two the way she was talking! Just have to convince her the R-Line is no good for her some how. Can't afford two R-Lines haha. She badly wants a manual so maybe that'll be the ticket to a lower spec lol.
