Will make a difference to your wallet Wont hurt to run on 98 as 95 is the minimum. Mine will probably be on 98 cos our servo doesnt have 95

Petrol is like beer its personal preference. It all does the same job but some will say they get 50% more K's per litre than another brand.

Personally I fill up at an independant station and wouldnt have a clue what brand they use.

Hower I got really good economy from the diesel they sell.
Just stick some in it and try it

I had a similar smaller dent however to my surprise the dent fixer dude was able to push it back out in 2 minutes. I would highly recommend a (paint free) dent fixer. probably cost under $100 to fix it I reckon and you will feel a whole lot better.
    100% agree
Had almost the same ding from all things - chuppa chup -which was thrown by a niece at a family do.
Anyway, $80 and 5 mins at the local PDR guy and all back to new....phew!

Travel around Hills District with nil freeway driving, so seems to be expected....

Folks, whenever I update my route options to include or exclude toll roads for navigation, route does not get updated immediately. So if I were to start a navigation to include toll roads and uncheck route options for it , the three routes shown to me does not have toll road and I ultimately have to fall back to google maps on my phone. Am I missing any setting?

Finally picked up the car this morning!
Walked up to the car in awe then things slightly went downhill..

    1. The rear number plate was screwed on an angle.. didn’t bother as much as will be getting
    euro plates.

    2. Noticed several deep small yellow spots on the paintwork around the boot sill protector, side mirrors and front bumper. Got it in writing
that the dealership will get it removed on its first “complimentary 1st month service”. I said I wasn’t going to bother with the 1st month complimentary service and was told by the sales manager that it was “mandatory or you’ll void the warranty”.. I gave him a blank look and
gritted my teeth - didn’t wanted to waste my time arguing with him.

and lastly 3. Noticed scratch marks to the plastic centre console which was most likely caused by the installation of drivers seat belt buckle at factory which I also got in writing that they will fix.

All in all excited with the car.. another addition to our VW fleet.

Got mine today and all good except for a dob of windscreen sealant on R/H rubber down the windscreen. Wiped it off with turps to find it was covering (badly) a nick out of the rubber, Is about 3mm x 2mm so dont know whether to growl or not as it would probably need a whole windscreen surround and that would mean screen out and about $600 of labour to realign the cameras etc

Maybe some cheap accessories will keep me quiet LOL
