Map update?

Just added all the cameras in Australia to this version (fixed, red light, point to point, etc) and replaced the black camera icon with a blue one to better match with the existing icons in the navi. 1912 map points altogether.

Hi PeteC. Successfully downloaded and installed the NEW file (many thanks again). When installed they all came up as only cameras POI in the list on the screen with a black camera icon in the menu. Does this new file include all of the cameras from your original file you uploaded or do I need to install both separately. PS Did notice that your new upload file was a much larger file size.

Thanks PeteC - greatly appreciate your efforts.
I tried to update my POIs with this file but no luck - same error message you had earlier.
As a check, I installed your previously uploaded file and it worked worked fine.
It seems there is a difference in the folder count and files in the PersonalPOI folder.
I have the MIBII Discover Pro (9.2 with no knobs, only soft touch buttons).
As I'm a Mac user, the POInspector won't work for me (not that I'm too cheap to spend the EUR9,00).

Any suggestions?

The files I saved are meant to be for Discover Media units only. There is a tick box for Discover Pro units during saving, which I did not use.
I will save it for Discover Pro soon and share it here soon so you can try.

I am still looking for a better camera icon, so will do some search and will try to change if I find a better one.

Try this. I created these POIs for Discover pro units.

For me, I inserted the SD card and i waited a few minutes while it said "searching for update data" nothing was happening, fearing another fail attempt I cancelled it, and tried again. This time it went straight to the updating screen with the progress bar and Halelujah! POIs loaded

Thanks guys. I understand that the above links are for pois only. What about the map updates themselves? I'm after discover pro. Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated!
