That's what I was thinking too, as they usually do make them in different models and colours. Does it mention a specific brand (apart from the VW)?

They normally have few colours... This one is a genuine VW diecast model - made in Germany as well

Nissan did not send me anything (other than bills for service costs) after I purchased my new Nissan XTRAIL. Toyota never sent me anything when I purchased my new Celica.

Did you have to wait 6-12 months of any of the cars? I think VW are trying to keep us happy with the long wait times...
