I think it is. Frogasaursas bought from the same dealer as me (and ordered after me) but while the dealer was able to provide him with a build week, they told me today that mine hasn't reached production stage yet. I asked if it's because mine has the R-Line pack, but they told me they're not sure.

Gonna go in tomorrow and test drive one, if all goes well will negotiate on price but 10% is the minimum I'd expect on a new one. I've easily achieved more than that in the past with the family's A3 Sedan (factory order, just launched etc). You just need to have a firm pricing and put your credit card on the table.
If that don't budge then walk away, they will call you back.
I finally picked up my car today!
RRP was:
132TSI Comfortline – $46,812 Drive away
+Luxury Pack – $5000
+DAP – $2250

Driveaway price = $50,000
Plus first service free too ($45 so really total discount is 9.5% off of RRP prices.
Its freaking awesome. Really happy with it. Playing with all the features too. ACC is amazing (first time user) but being able to whack on cruise control and it adjust to moving traffic including going from 100km/h to stop and then pulling away again was really fun. Add in the lane assist where it steers the car itself to remain within the lane and I'm blown away. Can't wait until truly driverless cars.
Quality throughout is excellent. drive is beautiful. I'm impressed you can tell the difference so much between the driving modes (ECO, Normal, Sport) it really does alter the dynamics of the car enough to notice it easily.
My only disappointment really is in how little you can customize the dash. For such a large display it's somewhat wasted. For example you can display the range left in the center. But its one line of text. Why not allow widgets so i can see range/economy plus song playing and other info all at once - its not short on space. Also being able to change the dials, style, colours would of made it so much more appealing. It's a nerd gripe but it wouldn't of taken much to really add some WOW factor to it.
If anyone has questions ask away. But summed up, its a beautiful car. Incredibly happy and glad i picked this over the CX-5, Sportage or Tucson.
If they make the dash have widgets and more customisable, then I'd say you eyes would be more focused on the dash than the road.
Had a look at a merc CLA 250 sport yesterday, that's a sexy ride. Am tempted to cancel my R-line order and get one of those. Hmmmm decisions. May have to do some more research on them
