With pano 9months as a fleet purchase.
I don't want to commit to a car due in 9mnths.

Ordered week and a half ago, secured a April delivery slot... however called every dealer in Vic and a few in SA and ACT and all confirmed 9 month delivery and virtually no movement on price. This came through as someone dropped out. I was lucky.

Maybe contsct a broker to keep an eye out for cancelled orders? Doncaster Dealer mentioned having 20 ppl on a wait list for cancelled orders

Hahaha there's loads of settings you have to go through. It's like an Android phone. When you first get the car, go through all the settings and wait! Each section of the infotainment system usually has it's own settings. So just make sure you have an hour to spare and go through everything when you get your new Tiguan

Ordered mine Monday with a 3 month delivery clause. Dealer was confident they could get me one, expecting a call before the end of the week to confirm the date or discuss what happens next if they can't deliver.

I was able to negotiate on price so was happy with the result, just want the car now

I think the majority of the delays are the fully loaded Tigs. I remember reading on this forum somewhere that the sunroof caused the biggest delays.
