Assume that’s the 132?
Yes it is
We just received our MY18.5 Tiguan 110tdi Comfortline with luxury pack, drivers assist, towbar and full fuel for just under $46k drive away. It was 3 months from order to delivery to WA.
We used www.autogenie.com.au which worked really well. Two out of the three quotes were about $5k below what we managed to negotiate. Someone else we know had a similar outcome. Was a good $50 investment.(Not associated in anyway just a happy customer).

Hi Folks,
First time poster however have found this forum to be immensely valuable.
Yesterday we bought a MY18.5, 132TSI Comfortline + LUX + full tank + car matts + metallic paint for $47,500 (came to about 11.5% off drive away price). Got it from VW Sydney City (Mascot). Car is ready to be picked up however we chose to get it at end of the month instead. Speak to Irish James and he will sort you out. PM me if you want drop my line.
We found James to be an awesome guy, no mucking around. Even offered to test drive the various Tiguans. Compared to VW Leichhardt (who wouldn't even let us drive the car!). VW North Shore was nice however just don't want to do a deal!
Hope this helps!

I just did some digging into this autogenie thing, it appears to be owned by the same company that I am getting my lease through. So its likely they are using the same services already go find my deal.
I did get a Comfortline with DAP offer for under $45,000 now. That is pretty good. But with LUX its still just under $50k. In other words, no real saving on the $5000 Lux package cost.
My dealer, who I have dealt with in the past, says there is hardly any markup in the LUX pack at all, he said something like $60 etc. I take it with a pinch of salt, but trust him more than other dealers, given our past relationship.

Yes Autogenie is a subsidiary of Smartsalary/Smartleasing and the dealer referred to smartleasing not autogenie when talking to us. I would assume that therefore we got a similar price as a lease/fleet. We certainly dealt only with the commercial side of the dealership after getting the quote via autogenie.
Our Luxury pack was discounted by about 5%. Not sure why the diesel Comfortline came in cheaper than the petrol given that it has a higher rrp.
