“±1.8% p.a. comparison rate exclusively available to approved personal applicants of Volkswagen Financial Services (VFS)** on selected new MY18 Tiguan stock vehicles. Excludes Tiguan 140TDI Highline and 162TSI Highline models.”
So looks like all but Highline.

Has anyone had luck negotiating with the commercial fleet managers?
I've been getting quotes back around $58k for commercial/fleet pricing, but I've seen prices around that are slightly better for the same spec (fully loaded 162TSI)
Everytime I try and talk price with a sales person they are not interested once they hear it will be put on a Novated Lease.
Do you have to buy through a fleet company if you’re using a novated lease? I have a novated lease option at work and we can still go to any dealer to negotiate on the car.

I can source the quote myself and just forward through to our fleet company to set up the payments etc, but the issue is the dealers will only talk pricing with their commercial fleet managers as the "normal" sales people say they can't handle the commercial discounts and fleet pricing.
So far the commercial managers just pass on the standard discounts and don't seem to want to negotiate further. I've got two commercial quotes from two dealers and I tried to close the deal with one of by seeing who was willing to squeeze the price a bit more or throw in some goodies, but I keep been told "it is what it is". So for now I've just walked.
However, I've seen here and other forums people squeezing slightly better prices with some goodies thrown in (premium plates, boot liner etc) when working directly with a "normal" sales person.
Fully loaded for $58k is generally where you will land.
Just picked up my fully optioned 162 with boot liner and sun shades for $56815 with commercial discount. So you should be able to save a few more dollars without the sunroof
