Congratulations, that's a very good price. Any chance I can contact the person who helped you? Would you give me his/her contact details? Many thanks!!
Hi All,
I too got a cracker of a quote from NLC for; Tig 162 + DAP + RLine + Sunshade + Boot Liner for $55,995 drive away in Brisbane.
I'm just trying to sell my Golf privately ( listed in the cars for sale section ) before I can commit to purchase.
Just wondering for those who purchased through NLC, did they choose the NLC finance OR VW finance ?
Also, I see with the VW EOFY Sale VW are offering 1.8% over 48 months on selected Tig's, has anyone availed of this? Would be nice if they offered this on all Tigs in the line up.
Golf MK7 | 110 TDI | DSG | Highline |Limestone Grey | 'Rotary' Wheels | Driver Assist
Wow, great price. Jump at that. Best price I’ve seen anywhere yet. Was that with 12 months reg too?
In regard to NLC, the chap I dealt with tried to sell me their finance and although it sounded good, ultimately you just end up paying more for the car, so my deal was made with no finance or loan.

MY18.5 Tiguan - R-Line/DAP/Sunroof in Tungsten Silver
Thanks for the feedback.
Correct, that was drive away price. Of note, I did not include sunroof in the spec. The fully loaded R-Line maybe a bit more popular or in higher demand and I don't believe they can or will discount on extras / equipment packs.
My dealings with NLC have been good, no BS and straight to the point.
Took delivery yesterday of an Indium Grey Sportline with sunroof and tow bar, drive away price $49,400 (was $48 without towbar), and I took the 1.8% finance deal. Called 23 dealers in 2 days. Pretty happy, drove it back from the north coast yesterday the adaptive lane guidance is GOLD, also tried the waterbottle hack which worked a treat..

if you search youtube for "waterbottle hack vw adaptive lane guidance" you'll find it.. Not recommending it, just noting that it worked.
Have only done 350km so far, figured i'd give it closer to 1000km of moderate driving before i see how well it goes. Very happy, they're a well appointed vehicle for the money. Driving back home yesterday i had a moment when i thought "the future is now", it's amazing the technology they can pack into cars these days.
