Mine shows no speed sign if none is detected. Also goes blank after a while if you haven’t been past a sign recently on say a freeway.
The only time I have had a false reading is when I went past a Woolies truck on the freeway which has a 90 sign on the back and it picked that up.
Would you happen to know which setting were already selected? When I did it first time I used the app which was a mistake since I dont what setting the app done.
OR
If you cant remember is there any chance you could look through the code for the road sign detection and tell me what is enabled/disabled etc. in your car?
Thanks

From the first picture all the code mentioned i reverted in reverse. Like deactivated byte 5 bit 2 in control unit 17 and so on. So everything i done was opposite to revert the road sign detection. I m just bit confused where you have byte 24 bit 6 crossed out in 5F. I deactivated it part of reverting. So should i leave it activated?
Sorry for being a pain.
Hi all
interesting thread and making me contemplate some of the simpler tweaks
Just looking at the OBDeleven site (AU) and noticed this
Do I need to access or download OBD app from another country’s google play store or does the link they provide give a version that works on Android?A link to download the OBDeleven application will be included with your purchase, and can be accessed via your purchase history or confirmation email. The OBDeleven Android App is NOT available on the Australian or New Zealand Google Play Stores.
