That would appear a reasonable price if in clean condition; although I'm not sure who makes these particular wheels and their construction. Some of the rarer forged rims run to five figures for a set.
You'll need another $3k plus labour minimum for the air bags to drop the car to the right height as well though.
So maybe budget $10k to have one of the top handful Tigs in the country. :)
I present how the true Tiguan R could be - with reworked 5 x 112 20" Omanyts, stock suspension:

Glad you picked up on it, extra effort.

plus 1 for brushed chrome mirror caps ;)
Eagle eyed. :P
I wanted to brush chrome the front end some more but my lack of decent software would have been a bit more evident then. Ironically the ride I was channelling (my favourite VW SUV, the R50) actually had body coloured caps anyway!

And yes wrong blue.. modern interpretation. :)
OK, as I suspect without the right tools I can't just paste the brushed grey on to the front of a current Tiguan, so accept this as an impressionists version. :)
In the vein of the Abarth 695 Tributo, I am naming this the Tiguan R20 Huldigung, German for homage which looks better than Tribut which just appears as though it is misspelt. The only part of this 'huldigung' that has worked is actually the fitment of resized Aristos which suit the Gen 2 Tig.
Anyway, no more bodywork pics after this one.
