    Any thoughts?
    I have the boot tray. Not loving it for a couple reasons;
    1. Slides on the carpet of the boot
    2. Items slide on it as it’s hard plastic
    3. The fit near the rear bumper - it just sits up higher whilst the boot underneath drops away

    I had a Kluger previously and the tray liner was made of really thick rubber that you could roll up when not in use, had grippy “pimples” on the underside that meant it didn’t move around on the floor, and had a 10mm lip all the way around so kept spills, dirt and especially sand from the beach within the liner instead of spilling out

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the tray isn't very good. Im considering putting some non slip matting underneath to stop if sliding around and finding some rubber matting to cover the gap at the front where the floor drops down

    I’ve got the free boot liner they included and I think it works like a dream. It’s a snug fit and does the job well.

    What's it made of - hard plastic, rubber mat or something else?

    It’s a flexible rubbery type plastic. It’s got Tiguan written on it.

    I’m guessing you’ve got the SWB Tiguan?
    I don’t think so.

    Does anybody know of a cover/liner that fits the SWB boot with floor in the LOWER position?

    Well I've done a bit of research regarding a boot liner that fits in the LOWER position and it seems that none are available in Aus, including after-market products.

    However, I ordered one of these from Germany:

    Seems to be good quality and is popular on the UK Tiguan forum. About $150 delivered - not cheap, but worth it from my perspective.
