    Question Best Boot Liner ?

Which is the better boot cover ?

The VW Boot Tray or Boot Liner ?

I have the one in the first photo. Im happy with it as i have a double pram and it can get quite dirty. All you have to do is just pull it out, quick wipe down and your good to go.

For $10 I know what I would try first !
But it really depends what sort of look you are after, perfect fit or rough n ready.

Do you have the Luggage compartment tray (5NA061161) or the Luggage compartment liner (5NA061160) ?

Did you look at both before choosing and did one fit better than the other ?

I have the first one which is a harder plastic. Much better when lifting items in and out. The second one is softer and if you try to try pull items out without lifting, the liner moves. That being said, from VW Dealership they are a bit pricey. Buy online and save a few dollars.

I have the first one and am happy but just be aware that the cargo net does not fit in the horizontal position with any of the boot liners unless you cut them! I had every intention of using the cargo net to hold things down in the boot but can’t now, as I am not willing to cut it. Amazing they didn’t think of this when they designed them.

I paid $175 for the luggage compartment tray (part 5NA061161) from VW.

I’ve got the first one too with the cargo net in place.
