    Android Auto hack?

Can someone please point me in the right direction of the Android Auto hack that some users mentioned in their posts?

Having a hard time connecting hub’s android phone but my Apple phone connected instantly.

    Thanks in advance

Having exactly the same issue with my wife’s Android. Phone keeps asking to download 4 apps to enable connection to Android Auto. I go to download them and it won’t let me!
this is one reason I ditched Android years ago. Apple just works

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto both “just worked” in our 2018 Golf GTI. Samsung S9 might be the reason. Still wish I could convince my wife to switch to iPhone.
