For Nsw the ruling is no more or less than 7%

We’re not talking extreme lifts here, just more compliant tyres for off-road use. The car has 20” 40 profile which would be horrible on rough roads and more susceptible to damage. 17” 65 profile is gonna add a lot more cushion and the right tread and sidewall thickness will add security for punctures.
