I can’t be certain of this answer, sorry, but it’s possible that cars made for different countries have different ‘computers’ in them. These differences can mean that some functions aren’t able to be performed- even though a visually identical car can in another country.

Though, as we see in these vcds/obdeleven threads, there are also many features that can be enabled.

You may have better luck on a European forum, with the radio broadcast query particularly. Dab/dab+ isn’t available in aus by vw, for most models anyway.

All he's doing in the video is going to the Audio page and using the up and down buttons to cycle through the different options and pressing OK to select it. Going up and selecting "Sources" allows you to change to jukebox, cd etc and on those it's possible to navigate to the songlist but it never remains on screen once selected.
