Thought I'd share our grocery getter Tiguan build.
-cts intake
-cts downpipe
-cts turbo elbow inlet pipe
-turbo muffler delete
-IS38 from later model Audi (10,000ks approximately)
-mk7 golf r muffler modified to fit
-apr remote to operate factory valves
-dog bone insert
-brembo brake pads
-stage 3 dsg & ecu tune from Etuners
Made 218.8kw at the wheels.
Looking to upgrade the suspension but something that can still operate with the factory settings.
Put a high flow hot dog between the downpipe and rear r muffler but it's still a bit too "young guy loud" for me so looking at adding something else to make it a bit quieter without losing those dsg cracks.

Very noice!
Does the APR remote mean the valves are manually opened on your choosing, rather than when selecting Sport mode?

Yes remote operates the valves, unfortunately there is no factory valves with the Tiguan stock muffler.
How much of a pain was it to modify the exhaust? I’m looking to get out Tig to stage two I’m soon I think.

Very nice mate! I’d love to do that to mine but I’m too much of a wuss to lose my warranty (and my wife would kill me lol)
