Interesting you superb is quoted at 1186 and my Passat are 1306. Wonder what the $120 difference is on a same platform car. Badge perhaps?

No the Superb was only $835 (but I then paid for a 4yr Service pack with them), the Passat was $1,181 for the 4yr service...

$799 is not bad. Been quoted at $1200-1300 from a couple local euro independents. Almost worth the trip to ViC for this
Sorry you didn’t mention spark plugs. That was included in my indi quotes too.

Had my service done earlier today, got them to change plugs too as they recommended doing them at 45k. Came to $970.

Funny you say this, I'm almost in exactly the same situation, my 206tsi is due for it's 4th service in the next couple weeks and it's sitting on 37k km. I get mine serviced at Underground Performance in Cheltenham here in VIC, they told me it's due for oil/filter, dsg service, brake fluid change and pollen filter (which I do myself), quote was $799. I don't usually go near dealerships for servicing, unless it's a warranty issue.
