The loan car is not promising at all. Can’t compare it with a VW Recommended Smash repairer in Syd area?

Well I asked two other repairers, they don't arrange for loan cars. Then again, Allianz gives me 3-week car rental, but the repairer say they can arrange for rental cars for not-at-fault driver and bill it to the at-fault insurer.
