Hello
I recently took delivery of a MY23 Passat 206 and have been learning about its features. One question is how do I display the Performance Monitor on the infotainment screen?
By Performance Monitor, I mean the display that shows the boost pressure, kilowatts and g reading, something like this: https://www.upload.ee/image/10771246...ce_monitor.JPG
The hardcopy manual that came with the car says I should be able to access it via the Vehicle menu and choosing "sport" under "selection". However there is no "sport" when I press on "selection" in my car.
The manual also says there should be a lap timer, but I care less about that.
Are others able to get to this screen? Does my infotainment system need an update? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. This is all new to me - what does coding mean? Is it via ODB Eleven?
Yeah, using something like OBDEleven or VCDS. For example, I can enable the SUV "offroad dash" on my Arteon via coding.
I can only assume that yours is not enabled for some reason.. you can ask the dealership to do it, but they may give some reason why they can't or not allowed.
There may be an 'app' for it in OBDEleven, which makes things simple. Here's a screenshot the offroad dash app I can enable:

The Performance Monitor requires a SWaP code for it to work.
U can't simple enable it using OBDEleven or VCDS.
