Need help

Hi guys,I was just needing some info on a 2015 GOLF 90TSI COMFORTLINE 7SPD DSG.Im thinking of buying 1 for my son,sp any of you specialist guys know what I should look for....be aware of or even know something.I own Passat 2017 diesel. He will be moving to Melbourne and I live Sydney,and he knows absolutely zero about cars......altho he is learning a bit. So any help would be much appreciated....it has 98k on the clock,does it need a major service at 100K? Does it have timing belt to be changed,and when?

i think the timing belt is at 105k km or at 84months, as the 90k km service pricing is $443 - 499 depending on whether it is a Golf6 or Golf7.
