Map updates

How did you manage to download the file, I’ve tried a number of times but it keeps on stalling.

I guess I was lucky. Just worked 1st attempt. Are you on NBN?

Not having much luck with DiscoverCare either - it thinks about it for a while and then says Network connection lost.

thats weird. Silly IT troubleshooting I know, but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

I only ask because I couldn’t get the map update to take on my cars if I downloaded the update pack and unzipped it to a card. Would update the sw version, not the maps. Using discover pro, it update both.

Hopefully vw sort out the DiscoverCare situation and get it working reliably - it’s handy having the all in one, download manager, card prep etc.

UJpdated the maps through DiscoverCare yesterday. All worded well with a new 2019 update. I think it was down while updated the maps and software updates.

What size SD card did you use as it says my formatted card is too small @32GB file is only supposed to be 24gb.
