    Actually clutch itself was fine, but with 2018 models, it's a known issue of production defect, that leads to vibration on 1-2-3 gearchange.
    I once had a slipping efffect too with hea y clutch burn smell, but that was only once.

    I really dislike this gearbox, but what can You do....
    A fun fact. I am in Iceland and my loan car is a VW Golf with DSG. 1.4 Turbo.

    The car has done nearly 40000kms and the gearbox drives like new. Fluent and no slips.

    There is no traffic and it’s cold in Iceland.

    Maybe that’s where the DSG designed for.

    Heavy traffics in the cities destroy DSGs so hard.

    I drive 95% highway every day. No way the car has seen heavy traffic daily.

    It's just bad design. Granted...some last longer.
