Dear All,

I have a 2015 Passat B8 and for a while have noticed a quiet whistling sound when in D or S moving from 2nd to 3rd and 4th to 5th.

from another forum I've deduced this might be when changing/actuating between shafts as the gearboxes are arranged 1st ,3rd,5th, 7th and then 2nd,4th,6th

Hence this slipping noise happens when shifting from the second gearbox (2nd and 4th up to 3rd and 5th)

Has anyone heard of this before and can it be fixed?
