Adjusting wiper arm movement

My wiper in front of the passenger seat moves too far down and bangs on the plastic each movement. It's resting position is also pressing against the plastic.

Is there a way to adjust how far down the wipers move?

Lift up the cover undo the bolt and move it one spline up.
