I don't see the transmission cooler being that much use to you. There are kits available but you'd need to get the parts to delete the std cooler as well.

I don't thinks there's many have fitted catch cans on the R36 but the concept of stopping those breather fumes going down the intake is pretty wel documented on the MK5s and upwards.
